How's Ritesh Agarwal in real life?
Has anyone worked directly with him? He seems to be extremely down to earth and a wonderful person atleast in his interviews and Shark Tank. Is he like this in professional life/real life? Any sneak peeks to his work routine/behaviour etc?

He is good guy. The only mistake he did in his entire life was hiring Anil Goel

What's the reason? Anil Goel seems to be CTO/CPTO in many companies before Oyo.

After Oyo he was in a similar leadership role in RingCentral, got fired in 11 months due to some financial scam with vendors. Bruh.. he F***ed every company he joined.

Good guy. Good guy. Good guy. Sent him something for approval where autocorrect screwed the starting line. He sent it back edited with approval. No fuss. Like nothing happened. Yeah my reporting boss had other thoughts but that’s separate. Very humble. Didnt care about his personal branding but understood the importance. He is smarter and better than Shark Tank. He shouldn’t have done it.

That's awesome and good insider review.

Didn't do right by his early Co-founder, basically acquired his shares right before funding. Dunno what happened to the case and the exact details.
But after that he's been good with his track record from what I've seen over the years as an outsider.
Hard to not get maligned by people at his position, everyone comes for you and even small fuck ups are blown out of proportion. Takes maturity and patience to get to where he is.

I was just thinking this.. I heard he manipulate him to sell his shares by faking company downfall. Just because someone is good infront of you doesn't mean he is!!
