I delay in responding to anybody or generally don't respond and speak less so that the other one feels the changes in my behaviour and tries to find out the reason. On the other hand I say yes to everything they say, I don't give any opinion from my side even though they say anything wrong. These are all I do because we don't have a choice of showing anger at work. Anger will create a problem and you may lose your job because Managers have all the reasons and the rights to terminate you if you go against them..be mindful and don't show frustration at Work. Instead look for a change if possible.
