How do I break the barrier to achieve growth

I'm 21 and just graduated and I'm working as an AI developer in my company. I feel like my life has become monotonous and I am not learning a lot. My company does not provide me with a lot of active projects and I feel like I'm just passing time there which kills the drive to learn.

I've always been eager to learn more and work more and do more things to grow my skill set in any domain possible but I feel stuck due to a 45 hour workweek and Gurgaon being a money pit makes me spend my whole salary only on rent, food electricity, gym and travelling.

How do I break this barrier to achieve growth and what are some skills that I should learn as a fresher that can help me become better at my job, improve my personal skill set, help me communicate better, etc.

Interview for jobs & switch to a better company, maybe a bigger company, where the workload is lesser - around 24-30 hours a week, and you can spend the rest of the time in studying & upskilling by doing interesting personal projects

the job market is not very welcoming these days. It was difficult landing this job itself and switching is a farfetched idea right now.

The only worthwhile upgrade is starting up. Start a side hustle that can turn into main hustle. You can try and make AI wrappers and SaaS tools.

Can you suggest some examples of small scale products out there that I can use for some reference?

I don't even party, drink or smoke. All I do is work, gym, diet and spend time with friends and family.
