Career help needed

Hey I am a senior software engineer at a product based company. 4 yoe with base: 36 lpa and have 10 lac of rsu yet to vest in 1 year. It’s been 3 years in working in this company remotely, i had fun, loved work and this team and all. Though i feel like life is monotonous working from now , should I switch now ? I tried everything engaging myself in multiple activities in bangalore but its boring somehow.

I am thinking to try for europe companies this can take 6 months of preparation or maybe switch some hybrid company in bangalore? What should i do ?

If considering a switch in bangalore, what should i aim for ?
