I will recommend doing so. It's not doing well. Actual numbers are not good.

Not fail, probably get acquired by a big conglomerate. Customer base is large, cross sell opportunities

Yes it is! Former CEO Ashneer Grover also founded a new(rip-off) company, can't recall the name as of now.

Nothing is too big to fail. Bharatpe's core business model-lending to dukandaars is shaky and as per a TMC report, it has double digit NPAs. BNPL is an unproven model and in India has potential for huge NPAs. The only good thing is that they have a stake in bank which would be having good value, seperate from the business
