Hi everyone, I recently graduated in June 2024 with a B.Sc. in Computer Science. I got placed on-campus as an AI Evaluator with a salary of 4.2 LPA in Gurgaon. The title sounds fancy, but in reality, I mostly write prompts and create screen recordings to train models. I've always wanted to get into a developer job, but it was tough due to my degree. Recently, I received an offer from a small startup as a frontend developer for 3.6 LPA. I need some advice on whether I should leave my current organization for this opportunity.
