Got an offer from a Real Money Gaming company for role of SDE Fullstack (Fresher), they are paying pretty great! Base : 18 Retention : 2 Annual Bonus : 2 ESOP : 10 Relocation : 15 days fooding and lodging
Not sure about the exact tech stack
Currently have another offer of 14 as Base + 2 as relocation for a Mumbai based startup (no ESOP as of now).
Currently working with food delivery giant (loving the tech here but pay wise its very little : 8)
Ps : Currently remote job is not a gamechanger for me.
Which firm should I join. Want to learn and grow as a developer, scale do excites me.
