Take whole grain from market and search Miller in your area and get flour from your whole grain so idea is to avoid pre packed Bajra/jowar/ragi flour and started getting it from Miller. Start using below millets.

Not completely dairy free, but selectively consume dairy now. Akshaykalpa A2 milk products and regular dahi once in a while. No issues with gluten
