Total scam. I know of a shitshow co which bought the GPTW. To be fair they were rejected once and then i guess "bought the right package" and duly got certified

The biggest scam in the 21st Century is the "Great Place to Work" batch.
Everybody has the batch of GPTW but when you get inside you understand how shity the culture really is. The Indian companies are manipulating the survey and getting this batch easily. No credibility for the batch.
