They poached a bunch of folks from my company, gave them unreasonable targets, and asked them to resign when they couldn’t be met.
It wasn’t one person, it was a whole group of people. Not surprised that they sold their India biz.
I’d do a lot of due diligence on culture before joining.
I was also contacted for one of the senior leadership positions from the investor team. I didn't research much as they are based out of Bangalore. What I could gather from 1 interview was that : The employee/investor don't know much about what exactly they are solving and what the revenue generation model will be.
