One of the recruiter reached out on mail , OA was done. She was supposed to schedule interviews in starting on October, but now it seems she just ghosted me. She isn’t responding on mails, tried to reach out on LinkedIn but in vain. Very frustrating.

I must have DM'ed 50+ SWEs/mgnrs for a referral. No one never replied. I get replies (be it late ones) from other companies but mastercard.
Why is it so? Is there any special reason if I've not known? What do you guys look for before referring and also replying?

And they will justify it by saying we had X number of applications ..we cannot respond to each one individually .. The problem is in each of our work - we can not do and give justifications but HR (rec) somehow seems to be feel entitled for it
