Getting through FAANG resume screening is so frustrating

I'd say I'm a pretty strong PM with decent brand names on my resume (Top 5 non-IIM MBA, best-in-the-class SaaS startups). I've even optimized my resume to the satisfaction of a FAANG mentor. All in all, I think I should be getting call-backs. But that's not happening.

Weaknesses: No-name B-Tech college, no BigTech brand names, No large consumer brand names

Any advice or experiences? Especially from FAANG PMs and Hiring Managers?

+1, no large companies or brands, looks like that’s the challenge. I am in the same boat. I am curious to know does Jupiter or cashfree considered large consumer brands?

@PhonyPanda - In their own domains, might be. Jupiter is pretty well known.

Tier 3 Resume feedback for FAANG

I'm a B.Tech. undergrad expected to graduate in 2025. I'm trying to crack FAANG in off-campus, applied to dozens of roles - no callback yet. I'm sceptical if my resume is doing something very bad / I need to improve some aspect more.
