is it a good idea to resign without a job offer ? Lately, I've been in a very bad office culture which impacted my personality poorly. I started having self doubts, problem in my marriage (got married 1 month back but my manager didn't granted me leave so didn't got a chance to celebrate my marriage, not even the honeymoon) , problem with my health (cholestrol level raised severely high), lost 5 kgs, grey hairs and what not. so, my mind is telling me to quit the job, take a gap, travel somewhere freely without carrying a laptop and again after 2-3 months , get back finding a new job. but i am also scared that what if I dont get a job again? what if i dont get opportunity for working with such a big organisation? what are your thoughts/suggestions ?
