Gender discrimination at work in this era?

Has anyone ever faced gender discrimination at work place? We’ve moved forward, we tag ourselves as quite progressive and I believed the same but never did I think gender discrimination at work place could be a thing until it happened with me! Wanted to know if anyone else ever has faced such a thing and how did you tackle it?

Very prevalent. We are sprinting towards worse than before discriminations.

I did not accept for the longest time when the same happened and even now it is difficult to speak about it. Went to therapy for the stress and feeling of worthlessness. But even now, can’t speak about it. Probably the first time I am actually sharing this openly only bcos of the anonymity.
