Is anyone using GenAI for customer chat support?
I see Zomato using GPT4-0 with Microsoft integration. Are there some other options that you guys have explored?
Typically human support agents follow an SOP/ rule set to respond to chat queries. Seems like a true possibility that AI can simply do this job.
