Fulltime to contract

Company asked for a meeting today to let me know they want to put me on a contractual role. I see some potential projects that I can help with.

I'm thinking of making a proposal tomorrow about how I can help for the next 3 months on a full-time role but I think they've already made up their minds.

Should I accept the contract or quit and search for something better.

I need the cash cause I've got a 3 year old but it seems a bit of an ego hurt that they can throw me around like that.

I am being massively low-balled (20% cut). And on top of it, it's an exploding offer.

I have a couple of interviews lin...
