Can I work for full time at an org and do a contract role for another org?
Will it be possible to find this out by any of the organisations if I don't provide UAN and EPF details for Contract role?
I have seen folks doing this and haven't gotten caught. They haven't given any doc at all and no pension as it is a contract on abroad company. Don't use your office laptop and you will have to file taxes annually for the money earned through contact.
