
On a serious note: Why do HR’s ghost candidates despite several rounds of interview and follow-ups?
I am new to the work force, 1.5 YOE. I want to understand the logic behind HR’s ghosting their candidates.
I recently gave a technical interview and everything went well. I couldn't answer a couple of questions but I'd say it was a 95/100 if I had to rate it. No idea why I got rejected. HR has ghosted me. Fuck these interviewers and the HRs that manage these things. Entitled motherfuckers. When somebody doesn't qualify for a role, have the basic decency to write them a rejection email stating what they could've done better, or just a rejection email. It doesn't take that long.
One ghosting, and you want all to curse the whole of HRs. Lol comeback after 200th!
P.S. When you have to reject 200+ applications, ghosting is time-saving.
