I had been trying to switch my company from past 2+ months now. Hardly getting any interview calls and out of which I got , I cleared interview rounds for 3 companies. But these 3 companies are delaying to release offer letter : 1 company: Delaying in releasing offer letter due to approvals 2 company: offer put on hold due to budget issues 3 company: Waiting for final confirmation
This is really getting frustrating now. Didnt know job market can be this much worse that even after clearing interviews , offer letter release can be another frustrating level.
They are actually waiting for other candidates in the pipeline to move up in the interviews rounds. Probably they have lower ctc or something
