Been applying for a million jobs, and is it just me or have hiring managers gone crazy?
Company 1- CTO bloody mansplained the entire product journey to me, when he didn’t know a single thing. And then said I should maybe build for X domain only, because I’m a woman.
Cherry on the cake, told me during the call how he’s super rude and HR needs to tell him before every meeting to not use Maa Bhen ki Gaali.
Company 2- the first 2 rounds went pretty good and on time, then was a round with CEO, who has rescheduled and cancelled twice. Both the times, I heard it after the call was supposed to start.
