Most jee toppers would still score close if they didn’t start studying in 5th/6th. Most students who start at 5th/6th don’t get in anyway. It’s a skill thing at the end of the day, which is why non selection hurts so much more.

You can make up part of your ability w hard work, but dunkin on someone skilled cos he also put in the hard work is a brain dead take.

It’s repetitive question solving at the end of the day, which means if you get more time, you get better at it since you practice more.

I know this, because I have done this, no skill issue here. 🫡

Hmm okay so if I am not a JEE topper I couldn't comment on the BS, strange.
I told I am from IIT because the first line of the post generalises IITians and based on my comment I thought it would make sense how I know what the actual people in IIT are like.

Keep a test no? Like are IITians scared of a skill test? A hiring challenge seems like a decent solution. Anyone who passes it has potential, IIT or not.

I've seen IIT toppers and they are a different breed, you cannot compare them with normal people, you can't get in top 500 with just hardwork.
He's being an ass, but again He's not wrong, even i didn't study this much, and had a burnout and that affected my 4 years in college!

He is being an ass. But he is also not wrong. This much studying shouldn’t be necessary. You will get burnt out unnecessarily. It is a skill issue and it’s a good thing. People should try other things than throw themselves on an exam whose job is not to select 15k students but to reject 1485000 students

Genuine question. No hate. I've seen a lot of people from particular colleges, treating others like they're nothing. We respect your hustle of getting into a college a lot of people can't . But can you chill out now???

I blame parents for this. Not that coaching centres are saints, they suck the life out of students by making them study 24/7 but the reason that child is in coaching centre is because parents put him/her there.
