Female managers are more likely to give in to demands and increase the workload of the team imo. Some men are also like that but some run a tight ship and not easily give in and spoil the teams balance. I want to be in those dudes team

Practical,Emphatetic, Realistic and to the point.

I feel they do well in environments where growth path is set. Places where politics take place at higher ranks is not best suited for them. ( disadvantaged due to numbers and biases)
