Faking it for making it.

After realizing automation testing wasn't my cup of tea, I ventured into data engineering. I dove into SQL, Python, Snowflake, and AWS, completing two projects that showcase my skills.

With 2 years of IT experience, I’m now ready to make the shift to a data engineering role. I have fabricated a resume such that I have worked as a DE in my current organisation.

I am wondering what the salary hike I can expect. Considering my current package is 4.5L. And how's the job market right now for DE roles.

I'd appreciate the support of the community, Cheers 🥂
