Experience at working with a EU company

I work remotely for an european company and i have to say this indian companies cannot match culture and WLB in european tech companies. This is attested by my friends who work at companies like spinny,flipkart,amazon…etc. lets debate!

EU companies have good WLB but are not good paymasters in comparison to US counterparts US companies pay well with well defined scopes but are ruthless in cutting dead weight if one doesnt contribute

Ofc, pay in US have no limits. But we can’t directly work for US companies or with US employees seeing the timezone difference. I can’t imagine to work stressfully during nights.
