ACKO gives a 7 day year end holiday every year but we’re comparatively hush hush about it 🙃 (this is over and above annual + sick leaves etc amounting to 45 days, and no sales pressure etc 🤌)

They did the same last year as well. An Indian company giving an org wide week is something which is indeed commendable. I don’t think of any other company doing something like this for the employees.

hey it is common to give org wide week holidays , sometimes they are from the leaves , sometimes from the company. this is very common . We had this multiple times

Meesho does a lot of halla about these things. Last time they created so much noise about going fully remote and then slowly forced everyone to come back to office
