Does anyone have an idea about this company ? They have promised a permanant WFH. Also they have a very good rating in glassdoor & ambitionbox. People working in this org pls shed some light on how the interview process & the culture is at this org & how is the WLB ?

You have got a Job offer. What are the parameters other than salary are a must for you before you sign the contract? Only if these parameters are there then only you will go ahead; else not.
