Are there any legal requirements on the minimum number of leaves that need to be allowed to carry forward for the next year?
We get 12 Privilege leaves, 8 Casual, and 7 Sick leaves. Out of these you can carry forward a maximum of 7 Privilege leaves to next year, rest are to be taken in the same year itself.
In my company we have 1 leave per month. Basically after working all January a leave will be credited in February just like our salary and we get 12 leaves per month only (PTOs). What is your leave structure.
