Hey everyone, I came here in Mumbai and joined one company 3 months back. I was laid pff from one company before. But here the work is not good and also toxic office environment no clarity. My CTO is saying you guys getting work you do. I have one offer with increment in hand and company is zett app. Shall I drop my papers and zett is giving bglr location. Please suggest i am in so much confusion. If should i what shall i tell to my CTO?

Resign, tell your CTO that your interest aligns with the opportunity you’re getting and you want to see yourself grow in that role. He will try to make you gullible, don’t fall for it. You can also say that your family is moving to banglore and it makes sense for you to move with them if he becomes too pushy.
