What to choose ? Toxicity vS Relocation?

Little background -

YOE - 6 yrs Recently got fired and now I have got 2 job offers which I know are not good.

1 offer - In Delhi, but 6 days working that too through office and I have not heard good things about company and is very toxic as per reviews.

1 offer - Have to shift to mumbai for sometime but have heard good reviews but company is little unstructured

I know I can’t be so picky at this point when I know the market is so tough, I know few friends who are trying to get a job from last 4-5 months and they aren’t getting anything.
