Does anyone know if investment banks give more than 50-60% salary hike on job switch?

What's the ideal current hike investment banks are offering? Please share only if you have got one.

That depends on your present base salary. If it's decent already, they won't give more than 30%, atleast not in this market

What would you consider a decent salary for 4-5 yrs of BU profile experience.

Within front office, base salaries are usually directly linked to the designation. Most banks have very little flexibility. For senior positions, there could be significant joining bonuses. So your hike is a function of what position you are joining and what is the standard salary for that position.
