Started a tea shop bro, was working at Accenture until march month, with over 14 lakhs/annum, now I’m making around 6k per day, business is thriving bro, and I’m the boss of my own company, I’m the CEO, CTO, HR, and accounts manager

I love being a software engineer. But not being a slave at my current company. Here because no other option right now

I don't like my job but I don't have side income. I have tight commitment so just continuing with flow. My manager is toxic and every other day he scold me for someone's mistake. If I opposed then he gets more angry and turn revenge mode

Worst to work with these types of Managers...no one will get work Motivation

You tell him to meet offline on street, have some nose bleeding fight

It's not necessary to love one's job

Love the job you do, do the job you love

Paisa aa rha hai… ghar chal rha hai…thoda shauk poore ho rhe hai….bas isliye naukri kr rha hun

Mid life crisis stuff

I everyday get a feeling to resign. I hate the job so much. Mix feelings about people. Practice is crap so nothing much in control. Want to leave badly but my experience and learning so affected that it is very difficult.

Culture sucks for me but pay is good on top of that being the elder son I have got all my responsibilities lined up and I cannot raise any sort of objection towards it.
Overall I got team members who think they are being straightforward but it's just then being loud not allowing me to speak and being obnoxious. My line manager supports them because obviously I'm a new hire so noone would be friendly to me.
Good thing is that I have learnt to not speak unless asked this has helped me stay under the radar. I think for couple years I will stay under the radar and once my side hustle has become significant I will just do 9-5 to chill maybe it will pay off my fun expenses now for that my fingers are crossed and my mouth is shut. Let the corporate peeps be loud I will take my leave when the time comes. Only once for 6months in 5 years of experience I was working with an amazing team like I used to love logging in on Mondays things were breezy deployments done before the commited dates a general harmony couldn't find that team comp ever again just snobby fks who for some reason don't have ethics or sense. I think I'm pissed off but thanks for reading whoever is reading this.
