Today, I was thinking about an employee referral email I received from HR, HeyCoach. It made me reflect on how things have changed. Before, as regular people, we often didn't know about job openings or how to apply because they were filled through employee referrals. It makes me wonder how the job search process has evolved. Most of the agencies are posting the vacancies and charging people for the registration! To be honest, from LinkedIn and through referrals you will get a genuine search but not from other job boards. They will only charge and try to grow their business!
