I am expecting role redundancies..and so some cuts. What do you mean by freebies?
IPL was free on Jio Cinema this year
Since it's a merger, I believe that a new entity will be formed, which would be similar to how Hotstar was previously with the content, with its current quality. The pricing may become a bit more tougher, and I forsee them taking over all others.
But Sony and Zee is yet to produce a results after their merger.
Reliance culture will be brought in to this. When reliance acquired viacom18 majority, all offsites to International locations and few other good culture practices were cut out. Same will happen here although Disney star was not a great employer. . Star team is good people but culture not that great so they will enjoy
