A mist this market lay off’s i am constantly in stress and anxiety. Am i the only one who feels this way. How do i cope up with this? Any help suggestions
Why is that you are tensed? Let's just say you get laid off, so what? Are you in a position where you dont have emergency fund? Where you have loans and emis to pay? Where you dont have savings ? Where your parents are dependent on you?
If yes, then I understand, you might have to fix these things in the meantime hoping you dont get laid off. If not, wtf worry, just chill and look for another job!
Please start saving greater than 50% of your salary and park in bank account till it’s one year expense. Do this blindly with or without anxiety of getting laid off. That’s it.
