Confession

I have been living with my parents and recently lost my father and suddenly felt like I have lost the protective shield. I was very much dependent on my father for all the people dealing that I never realised people are so self centred and emotion less. Everyone is thinking about themselves including so called near and dear ones. I don't get whom to trust and whom not to. Worst part is I never felt he was so important in my life when he was alive and now that he has gone I can't do anything to bring him back. Missing my dad so much.

What you are feeling is part of grieving process. It happens to many of us when our parents or anyone we look upto leave us. Don’t feel that you are alone.

Time heals many things and you’ll learn things your way. Just Keep an open and positive mindset.

I can relate to your situation. I lost my father It’s been an year now. I suddenly have responsibility of taking care of my mother and sister all by myself. I am doing my best you can do it too just take some time. It’s ok to grieve and take some time for yourself. Take care of your family. it’s world of lie and greed. Your family are the only ones you can trust. More power to you.

The truth is you cannot trust anyone and you shouldn't. Stay strong. Hope you get all the strength needed.

This is a very difficult time my friend. It's okay to doubt yourself, it's okay to not feel alright. Give yourself time to breathe and don't put everything on your shoulders alone. Lost my father 4 years ago and I still feel i can't do half the things he did but we manage as a family. The void is huge and father's do a lot of things silently, seeking no credit. Read up on stoicism as well, it definitely helps. All the lord's blessings with you my friend, you will get through this
