I'm currently feeling insanely stuck in my current role, craving more challenging and fulfilling work. While I do get some tasks, they are not even worth using a few braincells. I am losing my sanity here and the pay is meh compared to the other good companies.
What are some good companies to apply? Making this post cause market has been shifting insanely for past years and I am confused on current dynamic, for eg. been seeing a lot of LinkedIn dudes saying to avoid it with the recent layoffs and cut down of the benefits.
Looking for some ok WLB, good benefits, better pay. Sorry for the vague question, did not know where else to go
