This twitter post seems to be misguided. Read an artile in ToI that the autopsy report was not able to confirm whether the death was due to drowning or electrocution.
It is still uncertain and under investigation. Although very less likely given that the pool under consideration has a depth of only 6 inches.
Prestige is a big builder, maybe they did something behind the scenes in order to avoid the blame.
