Change your dr. After a certain age, the power becomes rigid, and it can't go down and up either. It is not directly proportional to the time you spend on a screen. People who have never seen a laptop gets glasses on them at 16age. You just have to take a little more care, eat salad or whatever is good, use some protective film that's all. If looking at screen made you blind, all would be blind by now. Chill you are normal.
