
Career Advice needed urgently - Joining Tekion as SSE
Hi everyone,
I’m about to join Tekion as a Senior Software Engineer, and while I’m grateful for the opportunity and the compensation is quite good, I’m feeling a bit anxious and could really use some advice from the community.
I have 5 years of experience, currently in the fintech domain, and this will be my 5th company (including internship) — mainly due to a few layoffs that happened along the way, not by choice. I’ve already exited my last role and, to be transparent, I don’t have any other offers right now. This adds to the pressure of making this role work.
That said, I’ve heard mixed things about work-life balance at Tekion. Some say it’s intense, others say it depends on the team. I’m not afraid of hard work, but I do want to maintain some balance and avoid burnout.

How much is your ctc and base btw you got from tekion?
I feel you should try to work out for 6-10 months and then again prepare if the relationship is going toxic but it depends on team and my friend is working there since 1 year he said it's fine
