Hi everyone,i am working in PwC Oracle ERP domain right now and have 2.5 YOE (functional not technical )in the same role but i feel that Oracle ERP is not that great and do not wish to continue further in the same and want to switch to either Data analyst role or to SDE role in big tech.But, I am not sure about my interests and one of the main reasons i would want to switch to the above roles is the opportunities that are present as well because Oracle ERP pay is decent enough but work life balance is not great and when something does not interest you much i feel at-least wlb should be there.
A much needed advice from the public would be helpful here if they have knowledge about the scope of oracle and how do i transition and gain relevant skills to Data analyst or SDE while still working in PwC. Thanks in advance for all the suggestions/advices.
