Advice for Oracle Consultant's Switch

Hi,

I have almost 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion as a Functional Consultant and this was my first company. Please advise on which all companies should I consider for my first switch?

Also any leads like which company is hiring atm, would be helpful!

P.N - I am paid around 13-15lpa per annum (CTC)
