Can a US-IT Recruiter work for companies like Google and Microsoft?

Hello everyone, i am currently working as a Sr. IT recruiter and has around 2 years of experience in US-IT recruitment, is it possible to transition into a in house recruiter for companies like Google and Microsoft without having a MBA from top tier college?

Not having an MBA would put you against a lot of tough competition, I would suggest getting some certifications onboard and upscale yourself to fit their expectations which we as recruiters can decode!

Every other person I see on Linkedin/Fb is joining Google. Can anyone from inside shed some light here? How's the work culture and quality of life?

Reminded me of the good old days when everyone was joining Amazon.
