Two things that seem particularly fishy to me:
i) Appointment Madhuri who has no experience in finance/accounting as head of controls in a fintech company.
ii) Whenever an accusation is laid on Ashneer, he never denies it or provides any argument to refute it. He instead shifts the conversation to how he saved so much money by raising funds etc on his own. The dude doesn't even seem to realise that this doesn't give him the right to do fraud.
Indians can go to amazing lengths to rationalize the corruption that we take for granted. For example falsifying HRA on tax records, fake bills submitted for expense reimbursement. A friend of mine was fired from GS for falsifying his expenses and was in utter disbelief for a long time since in his mind he was doing no wrong. Likewise, the unending drama and self promotion of this con couple will continue until they are made to realise that they are nothing more than an average chor chorni couple
Most Overrated person. I don't understand why so many Youtubers and youngsters idolize him !
