Best way to startup?

I am an AI Dev at a startup, confident on building 0->1 fairly quickly but it gets quite hard with my job. Need some inspiration from people who’ve broken out of the cycle and build stuff of value

When you say 0->1 are you confident that you've achieved a PMF?

  • If yes, you'd have already been building stuff of value.
  • If not, please focus on that. Learn to tap into data and listen to your users. These voices will show you the direction. Be agile.

No, when I say 0->1, it means Ive built products from scratch at my company, and they have achieved PMF, Im confident of the trajectory but want to know more about building something of my own

Not sure if I understand your challenge well and if some time/task management strategies could help you, but I'd leave this for folks who've already started up successfully. Good luck.
