  1. Stop smoking. Have an accountability partner.
  2. Exercise. Doesn't have to be gym. Just do 5 pushups.
  3. Enjoy life. Splurge once a week instead of ordering Zomato every other day. No need for those regular small dopamine hits.

only take advice from people who have the same goals or similar altitudes.
an SDE giving advice to a sales guy won’t make sense the same way a chess player giving advice to a sprint runner won’t make sense.
