Are there any real 9 to 5 jobs left ?
Works never seems to end and there are hardly any boundaries left. Unless you are in management, it’s super difficult to define and maintain boundaries. How have we come to this ? Isn’t technology supposed to make us all time-rich ?

I think we’re collectively fucking up our well being as a generation. Everybody getting into dat hustle culture - so much so that soon enough 9 to 5 will be looked at as kaamchori
No boundaries in management either
Treating India as backoffice + nature of capitalism are main culprits here.
European countries are able to maintain some sense of 9 to 5 and work-life balance.

WLB is a myth for wage slaves. Companies with decent WLB are outliers. In india as a employee your time first belongs to the company. Not to mention the insane office politics that drives us to stay late. So 9 tp 5 is dead.
