It is difficult for me to accept that our FY 24 appraisal letter will be released in the coming weeks, but here's the twist: only top performers will receive 12-15% (DP performance), while those in the below category will receive no significant increase in their current CTC.🙃

Please forget appraisal letter 🙃

Please do not expect much from hcl management; they plan to lay off 15% of their employees globally. We only receive an appraisal for FY24 for 15% of the employees' salaries.
