I got a call today from their hiring team as I had applied to one of their dev openings a month ago IG. Yet to begin the interview process, but Project44 feels like an absolute ghost company 😅. I can barely find anything about this company, salary insights and what employees feel about working here, let alone find information about the role I'm interviewing for.
Would love to know more about the company from people who work here.
They are one of the highest paying companies in india is all i know.
Salary and all is secondary. But apart from the About section on their website, I can see no employees or ex employees talking about how the company is, what is it like to work there, how is the engineering team etc etc.
Kinda makes me think like either it's a very new company in India or its a Ghost company that nobody talks much about and hence nobody knows about it.
New company and salary of software engineers with 2+yoe as sde2 can go as high as 55+base and 30-40l/yr stocks.
Have heard mixed things about the company. It doesn't have good reviews as seen on Glassdoor, but some people say it is just like any other fast paced startup environment, complete ownership of items and 9-10 hours of work a day.
