any legal/ HR experts here? need urgent help regarding my legal rights in a PIP

I have been put on a PIP and my manager has given me the work of 20 people in the team. He has given that work in an email which contains rules regarding my PIP and the details of the work that I need to accomplish.

There is no such thing of giving me guidance regarding the taks, only problem statements.

How can I reply to it, in the lines of,

“how can work of 20 people be done by a single person within 90days?”

without getting into legal trouble/ getting terminated immediately on the PIP? Need to know whether asking such direct questions is valid or not?

You don’t have much legal right. It’s for the manager to decide if it is one person’s work or twenty. If they want you to move out, you can’t do much.

More importantly- Why do they want you to move out? How can you improve?
