Hi @Traveller, I’ve worked within ACKO in the recent past. They’re actually pretty structured/good (~25-35%) + an appraisal cycle is carried out every 2 months which is roughly another 5-10% (including double promotions for exceptional cases)
That being said, if you are being relevelled it can go upto 200% in a year etc too.
They have a culture of release notes + good follow on feedback so pretty good visibility on your work from top to bottom in the org. Just make sure to document your wins in a brag document and frequent 1:1’s with your manager to goal-seek (very important and discussion doesn’t always have to be about work!) Thanks!
